Safer Recruitment in Education

The online training course is aimed at hiring staff anywhere where people are working with children in Education. Whether they are volunteers or staff, at least one person on a recruitment board has to have been trained in Safer Recruitment.
In just 50 minutes, users will learn more about the legislation and policies relevant to recruitment in the education sector and will have an understanding of DBS checks, probationary period and follow ups.
